Shipping Details
- We generally take 15-20 working days to deliver a piece, as all our pieces are Made to Order.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order is placed , we donot have an option of cancellation until it is done by us in consultation with the client.
Refund Details
- In case of cancellation within 24 hrs of placing the order, we shall allow full refund. In cases beyond the limited time hour we donot allow Refunds.
Exchange Policy
- If the product delivered is incorrect in size/ damaged we can either do a size exchange or the replace the same piece. If the requisite size/ design is unavailable immediately, we can also make a replacement piece to order
